The VerdeRosa collection is created using a no waste method. Because women hand make the collection in their home environment, it is understandable that the return policy must be strict in order to support this type of sustainable manufacturing—therefore exchange only is offered for these items. All other items may be returned in new, unused condition with their original packaging within 30 days. Shipping is non refundable.
